What catering formats do you offer?
We offer three main catering formats to fit your event needs: Build-Your-Own Taco Bar ($13–15/person) where guests customize their own tacos with our signature Aztec Tacos and fresh toppings, Fajita-Style Catering ($18–19/person) with grilled proteins and all the fixings, and Full-Service Catering (custom pricing) where we handle setup, service, and cleanup at your venue. All formats include pickup, delivery, or full-service options.
What's included in each catering package?
Taco Bar: Choice of proteins (our signature Aztec Tacos with secret family recipe, carnitas, grilled chicken, seasoned beef, or vegetarian), fresh toppings (cilantro, onions, lime, jalapeños, radishes), guacamole, chips, salsa, rice, and beans. Fajita Station: Grilled proteins, sautéed peppers and onions, warm tortillas, plus all the sides listed above. Full-Service: Everything above plus professional setup, service staff, and cleanup. Can you customize menus for dietary needs?
Absolutely. All of our menus are fully customizable. We offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, and we're happy to work around allergies and other dietary restrictions. What's the minimum order size?

Vegan options exclude cheese and dairy. You can build a completely vegetarian or vegan taco bar, fajita station, or full-service catering.
